Acu-Vibes Return & Refund Policy

At Acu-Vibes LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below for returns, refunds, and warranty claims.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a refund, your return must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Items must be in "like-new" condition, including all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.
  • Inspection & Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of significant wear, skin oil buildup, hair, or physical damage. If a return is refused due to hygiene or damage, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense and no refund will be issued.
  • Restocking Fee: All eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

2. One-Year Limited Warranty

Acu-Vibes LLC warrants the Device to be free from material defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of shipment.

  • Scope: This warranty applies only to normal use consistent with the device’s intended wellness purposes.
  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents (such as dropping the device), unauthorized repairs, or normal battery degradation over time.
  • Remedy: For verified defects, we will, at our option, repair the unit, replace it with a new or refurbished unit, or refund the purchase price.

3. Shipping Damage & Shortages

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. Any claims for shipping damage, missing items, or incorrect orders must be reported within 10 business days of delivery. After this period, the order is considered accepted as-is.

4. How to Start a Return

To ensure your refund is processed efficiently, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent back without an RMA will not be processed.

Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

Acu-Vibes LLC ships orders exclusively to addresses within the Continental United States (the lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or international destinations at this time.

2. Processing Times

We aim to get your Acu-Vibe to you as efficiently as possible.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our facility.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Once processed, orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days.

Please Note: Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, high carrier volume, or other external factors.

4. Risk of Loss & Transfer of Title

The risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. While we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery, please contact us if you experience a delivery issue so we can assist you in coordinating with the carrier.

5. Missing or Damaged Shipments

  • Damage: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the external packaging before opening it.
  • 10-Day Inspection Period: Any claims for missing items, incorrect orders, or shipping damage must be reported within 10 business days of the delivery date. After this window, the order is considered accepted as-is.
