Questions/Answers
- The Head and Face: Avoid placing devices directly on the skull, temples, or face.
- The Front of the Neck: Do not place devices on the throat or the sides of the neck near the carotid artery.
- Bony Protuberances: Avoid placing devices directly over "bony" areas (like the point of the elbow, the kneecap, or the spine) where there is no muscle or soft tissue to absorb the vibration.
- Broken or Irritated Skin: Never apply adhesives or devices over open wounds, rashes, sunburns, or areas of active skin inflammation.
- Sensitive Midline Areas: Avoid placement directly over the center of the chest (sternum) or the center of the spine.
- Metallic Implants: Do not place the device directly over areas with surgical screws, plates, or internal medical devices.
For areas where the skin is more sensitive, or the muscle tissue is thin—such as the hands, wrists, ankles, and feet—we recommend using only the low vibration setting. Your comfort is the priority; if you feel any discomfort, please pause the session or adjust the device's placement.
Each session is designed to be effortless and complete.
Your devices are auto-timed to deliver the ideal amount of stimulation:
Simply place the devices and relax—there’s no need to track time or adjust during your session.
For best results, we recommend using your devices 3–5 sessions per week, allowing your body to build consistency while still giving space for integration.
Acupressure is a simple way to influence your health by pressing on specific spots across your skin. While there are 361 primary points on the body, these aren’t just random marks on the surface; they act as access portals to your deeper internal systems.
Think of your skin as a control panel: when you press a point, the sensation travels deep through your tissue to reach your nervous system. This sends a direct message to your brain to release natural "feel-good" chemicals and tell your internal organs to relax or work more efficiently.
Because these points sit right above major nerve pathways and bundles of blood vessels, applying pressure allows you to affect what’s happening deep inside without needing surgery or needles. By "plugging into" these 361 points, you are bypassing the surface and tapping into the body’s internal wiring.
This helps clear away deep-seated tension, improves blood flow to your vital organs, and flips a switch in your brain that moves your body from a state of stress to a state of recovery.
This is where the experience truly transforms.
Using multiple devices creates synergy within the body—amplifying the effects beyond what a single point or manual pressure can achieve.
Stimulating the same point on both sides of the body (right and left) helps bring the nervous system into equilibrium. Most acupressure points exist in pairs, mirrored on each side except for those along the midline (such as the center of the chest or abdomen). Working bilaterally supports communication between both sides of the body, encouraging a deeper sense of stability, coordination, and calm.
Placing devices on points across different meridians creates a connected network of stimulation—linking multiple pathways of Qi at once. This cross-meridian approach supports more whole-body communication, rather than focusing on a single channel.
Activating multiple points simultaneously sends a broader signal to the body, helping it shift more fully into a relaxed, receptive state rather than responding in isolation.
Unlike TENS or EMS devices, which use electrical currents to stimulate nerves or contract muscles through adhesive electrode pads, Acu-Vibes uses gentle vibrational acupressure inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine. Instead of electrical stimulation, Acu-Vibes delivers rhythmic vibration over specific acupoints to support relaxation, stress relief, circulation, tension release, and overall balance—creating a calming, grounding experience rather than an intense or clinical sensation.
