This hands-free approach provides an effective way to relieve stress, improve sleep quality, and rebalance your system.
Acu-Vibes™ creates a gentle, rhythmic vibration that can feel deeply calming or lightly energizing depending on your setting. Many users experience sensations such as tingling, warmth, or a feeling of heaviness—often described in Traditional Chinese Medicine as a De Qi response, reflecting the body engaging with the acupoint.
Many users report feeling more relaxed, grounded, and clear after a session. Depending on the experience, you may notice a sense of calm, reduced tension, improved focus, or an easier transition into rest and sleep. You may also feel sleepy—this is completely normal and can be a sign your body is shifting out of an overstimulated state and into rest. Listen to your body and allow it to settle if needed.

No—the device can be used on its own. The companion app enhances the experience by offering acupressure experiences, breathwork, gentle meridian stretches, soundscapes, and TCM educational content.
If you are pregnant, have active cancer, heart conditions, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), hernia, open wounds, epilepsy, or any new or serious medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before use.
  • The Head and Face: Avoid placing devices directly on the skull, temples, or face.
  • The Front of the Neck: Do not place devices on the throat or the sides of the neck near the carotid artery.
  • Bony Protuberances: Avoid placing devices directly over "bony" areas (like the point of the elbow, the kneecap, or the spine) where there is no muscle or soft tissue to absorb the vibration.
  • Broken or Irritated Skin: Never apply adhesives or devices over open wounds, rashes, sunburns, or areas of active skin inflammation.
  • Sensitive Midline Areas: Avoid placement directly over the center of the chest (sternum) or the center of the spine.
  • Metallic Implants: Do not place the device directly over areas with surgical screws, plates, or internal medical devices.

For areas where the skin is more sensitive, or the muscle tissue is thin—such as the hands, wrists, ankles, and feet—we recommend using only the low vibration setting. Your comfort is the priority; if you feel any discomfort, please pause the session or adjust the device's placement.

Each session is designed to be effortless and complete.

Your devices are auto-timed to deliver the ideal amount of stimulation:

  • High vibration → 15 minutes (more activating, energizing)
  • Low vibration → 25 minutes (deeper, calming, restorative)
  • Simply place the devices and relax—there’s no need to track time or adjust during your session.

    For best results, we recommend using your devices 3–5 sessions per week, allowing your body to build consistency while still giving space for integration.
