Finding the Point

Select Your Experience

Open the Acu-Vibes app and choose the acupressure experience your body is calling for today. Whether you need grounding, relaxation, renewed energy, or emotional balance, each session is designed to support you exactly where you are.

Pick Your Points

Once you’ve selected your Acu-Vibes experience, you’ll receive an offering of acupressure points. Choose the points that feel most supportive for you in this moment. Select bilateral points—stimulating the same point on both sides of the body—to promote balance or combine points across multiple meridians to encourage full-body alignment and energetic flow.

Placement

Once located, align the Acupressure Node on the bottom of the device directly over the point.

The Radius of Effect

Perfect placement is not required. The vibration stimulates the surrounding meridian for balanced effect.

Mindful Stillness

Relax and allow the auto-timed session to complete without effort.
